Who we are
The leadpulse.eu website and the LeadPulse service are operated by WISERWIRES S.R.L., tax ID (CUI) 38802745, Trade Register No. J12/368/2018, Str. Constantin Nottara nr. 44C, Cluj-Napoca 400503, Romania.
The website
The information on this site is indicative. The examples on its pages (conversations, figures, enquiries) are demonstrative and labelled as such. The content, logo and design belong to WISERWIRES S.R.L. and may not be reproduced without written consent.
The LeadPulse service
LeadPulse is provided on a subscription basis to companies, sole traders, individual practices and, under the “Private individuals (consumers)” section, to private individuals in Romania. The plans, included volumes and current prices are published on the pricing page; an accepted written quote takes precedence over them. Processing of your customers’ data is governed by the data processing agreement.
Plans, billing and cancellation
- The subscription is paid by card through Stripe or by bank transfer against the invoice, monthly in advance or yearly in advance (12 months for the price of 10). Prices are in euro and exclude VAT; reverse charge applies to EU businesses with a valid VAT number. Invoices are issued through SmartBill.
- Setup is invoiced once, at the start. It is waived on yearly billing or a 12-month commitment.
- Usage over the included volumes (phone minutes, text conversations, extra numbers) is invoiced the following month at the rates on the pricing page. We let you know when you reach 80% of an included volume.
- The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice. Yearly subscriptions and 12-month commitments run to the end of their term; amounts paid for the current period are not refunded.
- When the contract ends, you receive an export of your data on request. The domain of an included website stays in your company’s name and the website files are handed over to you.
- Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and never apply to periods already paid.
Private individuals (consumers)
You are a consumer if you sign up as a private individual and use LeadPulse outside a trade, business, craft or profession. Consumers also have the rights below (Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights).
- Right of withdrawal. You may withdraw within 14 days of the contract (the date of the first payment), without giving a reason and without penalty.
- Starting at once. The service starts only if, before paying, you expressly ask for it to start within the withdrawal period. If you then withdraw, you pay only for the period used until you notify us, in proportion to the total price.
- How to withdraw. Send a clear statement to contact@leadpulse.eu. You may use the model below, but you do not have to. We confirm receipt by email.
- Refund. We refund what you paid, less the period used, within 14 days of your notice, by the same payment method, at no cost to you.
- Ending after 14 days. A monthly subscription can be ended at any time, effective at the end of the paid month; a yearly one at the end of the paid year.
- Complaints. Write to contact@leadpulse.eu; we reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (anpc.ro), including for alternative dispute resolution.

Liability
We make all reasonable efforts to keep the service running continuously, but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions caused by third-party providers (telephone operators, social networks, AI providers). Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are settled amicably or, failing agreement, by the competent courts at the registered office of WISERWIRES S.R.L.. Consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts where they live; nothing in these terms limits their statutory rights.
