This is a translation. If it differs from the Romanian version, the Romanian version prevails.
This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit leadpulse.eu or send us a request, and what rights you have. For the data our customers enter into the LeadPulse app, they are the controllers and we are the processor; see the data processing agreement.
Who the controller is
WISERWIRES S.R.L., tax ID (CUI) 38802745, Trade Register No. J12/368/2018, registered office at Str. Constantin Nottara nr. 44C, Cluj-Napoca 400503, Romania. You can write to us at contact@leadpulse.eu.
What data we process and why
- Demo or quote requests: your name, company, phone number, email, line of business and message. We use them to answer you and prepare the demo or quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken before entering into a contract).
- LeadPulse customers: payment and invoicing. Company and contact details, the subscription and payments. We use them to collect the subscription and issue invoices (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR, contract and tax obligations). You enter card details directly with Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Form protection: the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot check analyses technical browser signals without tracking you across websites (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Running and securing the site: technical server logs (IP address, date, page), kept for a short time for security (legitimate interest).
- Visit statistics: page visit counts, aggregated and without tracking cookies.
Connecting a Google or Microsoft calendar
If you (a LeadPulse customer or a member of a customer's team) connect a Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook calendar, the LeadPulse app accesses only:
- your busy intervals (start and end times, never the title, description, attendees or location of your events), so that it does not offer customers times when you are busy;
- the separate "LeadPulse" calendar that the app creates in your account, where it writes the appointments confirmed in LeadPulse.
We keep only the busy intervals (from one day back to 90 days ahead) and the identifiers of the events we create; the access token is stored encrypted. We do not use calendar data for advertising, do not sell it, do not use it to train AI models, and no human reads it except with your consent for support, for security, or where the law requires it. You can disconnect the calendar at any time from Settings → Calendars or from your Google or Microsoft account permissions page; we then delete the stored busy intervals and stop accessing the calendar.
LeadPulse's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep data
We keep request data for at most 24 months from the last contact if we do not become contractual partners, then delete it. If we sign a contract, contact data is kept for the duration of the contract and for as long as legal obligations require (for example tax obligations).
Who we share data with
We use providers that process data only on our behalf, under contract: Cloudflare (site hosting and Turnstile) and Resend (sending emails). For customers, card payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ireland), as an independent controller for payment data, and we issue invoices through SmartBill (Intelligent IT, Romania). The full list and where processing takes place are on the subprocessors page. When a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Write to us at contact@leadpulse.eu; we reply within one month. You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro) or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.
